To, The Customer Support Manager Apple Customer Service Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor iPhone Service Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I have received in relation to my Apple iPhone. Despite choosing Apple for its reputation for quality and reliability, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased an iPhone 15 Promax 512GB on 11.11.2023 from Apple M E FZCO Dubai Branch Emaar Square, Building 4, Unit No. 302, P.O. Box 116977, Downtown, Dubai, UAE VAT No: 100025517200003 Unfortunately, the device has been facing the following issues: • Broken front glass and back glass I approached your service center RP Mall, Ground Floor, 63/2658, Kozhikkode Mavoor Road, Opp Mofussil Bus Stand Kozhikode Kerala India 673004 on 18th September 2025 and submitted my device for repair (Job Number TB3M2509180012). However, the issue has not been resolved, The service team has either provided unsatisfactory explanations without fixing the problem. This has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and frustration. I expect Apple, being a leading global brand, to uphold its standards of customer service and provide a fair resolution. I kindly request: 1. Immediate resolution of the issue or replacement of the faulty device. 2. A clear explanation regarding why the issue persists. 3. Assurance of better customer service in the future. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities.
