PMMS is the regional office responsible for nine markets in the Middle East. Today, PMMS employs over 145 people. PMI brands, including Marlboro, Parliament, and L&M, hold leading positions in the Middle East.

PMMS is involved in a program to prevent youth smoking in the region.
